Cod with white wine and lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • 450g of cod
  • 175ml of Heritage Chardonnay
  • 65g of mixed olives
  • 1 Heritage lemon, zested
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10g chopped parsley

Method

  1. Place the fish in a baking dish and add the wine, olives and lemon zest
  2. Add the oil and a pinch of salt and pepper
  3. Put the dish in the oven at 200°C for around 20 minutes
  4. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve
