125g Heritage Chicken Breasts, cut into small strips
1 pack spaghetti
2 medium-sized eggs, beaten
2 yolks from medium-sized eggs, beaten
60ml single cream
Some cheese, grated
Some salt and pepper, to taste
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the bacon strips or pancetta and fry until golden. Remove from the pan, and repeat the process with the chicken strips (make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked through!).
Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions, and drain.
Put the beaten eggs in a mixing bowl, and combine it with the spaghetti, meat, cream and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Reheat in a saucepan for two minutes if it becomes too cold during this process.
