Grilled salmon tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 Heritage salmon fillets
  • 200g natural yogurt
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 Heritage red onion
  • 2 Heritage tomatoes
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 8 taco shells

Method

  1. Rub the paprika and cumin on the salmon fillets and put them on a baking tray lined with foil
  2. Put the salmon under a high grill for around 10 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt with the garlic. In a separate bowl, stir chopped avocados, chopped red onion and chopped tomatoes with the coriander
  4. Place the taco shells in the oven until warm, and then fill with flaked salmon
  5. Add a generous spoonful of the avocado mix and yoghurt
