Gorgeous Glazed Salmon
- 2 lbs salmon
- A generous helping of Mary Berry's Light Salad Dressing
- A little Heritage Virgin Olive Oil
- A handful of breadcrumbs
- Some fresh lemon wedges
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- Preheat your oven to 200C°.
- Stir all ingredients apart from the salmon in a mixing bowl, to make the sauce.
- Cut the salmon fillet into four pieces, and cover in the sauce.
- Bake until fish is thoroughly cooked. This should take about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Decorate with lemon wedges.
