Mini Party Beef Burgers

Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 8 slices Heritage cheese
  • 250g Heritage sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 225g baby spinach leaves
  • 5 slices Heritage bread or small buns

Method

  1. Mix the mince, water, tomato paste and breadcrumbs together
  2. Using two teaspoons of the mixture at a time, create a batch of mini burgers
  3. Heat a frying pan to medium heat and cook the burgers for around 4 minutes on each side
  4. Cut 4 circles out of each slice of bread using a biscuit cutter or use small burger buns
  5. Add a few spinach leaves to the bread, a slice of cheese, a burger and a slice of tomato
  6. There you have it - a mini, delightful party food snack
