Blend all ingredients (apart from the chicken) in a food processor to form a thick, liquid puree. Pour into a bowl.
Pop your chicken drumsticks into the bowl with the marinade - make sure they’re entirely covered. Leave to marinate for an hour - leaving you a good amount of time to prep the BBQ!
Once the flames are going, transfer your chicken drumsticks onto the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, turning slowly as you go. Make sure the chicken is piping hot and white through before serving - if it’s not, leave it for longer! (You can also cook this on a grill pan or bake them in foil in the oven, if you prefer.)
