Old fashioned iced brownies
- 225g soft butter
- 60g cocoa powder
- 280g flour
- 400g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Icing:- 55g soft butter
- 55ml milk
- 30g cocoa powder
- 600g icing sugar
Mix dry ingredients for cake, then add eggs, butter and vanilla.
Line a deep tin with baking paper, and put in the oven at 180°C, for 20 - 25 minutes.
Once your cake is done, mix ingredients for icing together.
Make sure cake is cool, then pour over it.
Let cake set with icing for 20 minutes to harden. Enjoy!
