Squash fries

What you'll need
  • 1 medium or large butternut squash
  • A little grapeseed oil and olive oil, to coat
  • 1 tsp sea salt
Cooking directions
1.

Peel the squash and remove the seeds.

2.

Cut squash into long, thin slices.

3.

Place squash in a large bowl, and generously coat with your oils. 

4.

Sprinkle with salt and toss.

5.

Lay squash fries onto baking sheets, within baking trays. 

6.

Roast in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

7.

Serve.
