Super-stacked club sandwich
- 3 wafer thin roast chicken slices
- 4 bacon rashers
- 3 slices of bread
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced thinly
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Some lettuce (if you’re feeling healthy!)
Grill your bacon alongside toasting your bread.
Spread some mayonnaise on one of the slices. Add the sliced egg to this slice. Then, layer the tomato and bacon and add another slice of bread.
Add your chicken and then the bacon. If you have some lettuce, add that and finish with the final slice of bread. To keep the sandwich together, use some cocktail sticks.
