Delicious fireside sweet treats for all the family to enjoy together.

What you'll need
  • 8 Rich Tea or digestive biscuits
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 8 chunks of chocolate (white, dark, or milk)
  • Tin foil
Step 1.

Prepare some tin foil squares, big enough to wrap each S’more in.

Step 2.

Place a biscuit on top of each foil square and then top with 2 chunks of the chocolate and 2 marshmallows.


The best way to stack them is so that the marshmallows sit diagonally across the chocolate pieces.

Step 3.

Place another biscuit on top of the chocolate and marshmallows to make the top lid. Then, wrap the foil over the top of the biscuit sandwich, ensuring it is tightly wrapped.

Step 4.

Put the foil packages on a hot BBQ and warm for approx. 2 and a half minutes on each side until the chocolate and marshmallows are soft and gooey.

Step 5.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before peeling back the foil. Serve while warm.
