Heart of the Community Awards Summer 2026 Winners Announced
Following a thorough judging process, we're delighted to announce the winners of the Summer 2026 Heart of the Community Awards.
This funding round saw applications from inspiring organisations across the UK, all working to create brighter futures for young people in their communities. From sports clubs and youth groups to educational programmes and wellbeing initiatives, these projects are helping young people develop skills, build confidence and reach their full potential.
A total of 99 projects have been awarded a share of £195,470, providing vital funding to support activities that will make a lasting difference to the lives of young people and the communities around them.
