By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 The prize draw opens for entries on 08.04.2025. The closing date for entries is 15.04.2025 at 23:59pm

Participants

This competition is open to UK only residents aged 18 or over except employees of Nisa, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Promotion limited to one entry per person, unless specified. Each person entering may only win once. 

Entry

To enter Nisa’s Nestle Easter competition, entrants must follow the instructions posted on the day of the competition on Nisa’s Facebook,  Twitter/X, or Instagram pages (promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter/X). Anyone found to be using multiple Twitter/X accounts to enter will be disqualified.

Selection

Entries will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. 

Entries will be drawn at random from all entries received. Winners will be selected after the closing date by Co-op Wholesale Limited and the prize will be fulfilled by NESTLE UK LTD.

The Promoter may share the personal data (contact information) of winning participants with third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery of the prize.

Liability

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

Prize Detail

The winner will win a Nestle hamper filled with various Nestle products. There will be 2 winners.

The winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. There is no cash alternative for the prizes. The winner should allow 28 working days for delivery of the prize from receipt of notification that he/she is a winner. 

Publicity

The winner will be notified via Nisa's Facebook or Twitter accounts. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

•    Co-op Wholesale Limited will collect and process personal data for the purposes of entering to the promotion. •    NESTLE UK LTD will be responsible for the delivery of the physical prize. Terms and conditions to eligible winners and may request and process addition information for verification purposes. 
•    Co-op Wholesale Limited and NESTLE UK LTD may collect and process the following data: Name, Email Address, Telephone Number and Postal address. 

•    Co-op Wholesale Limited and NESTLE UK LTD will not retain any personal data collected as part of the promotion for more than 60 days after the end of the promotional period.
