By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

This competition opens for entries on 20th November 2024. The closing date for entries is 30th December 2024 at 12:00am.This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (UK Mainland and Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 or over, except employees of Nisa Local or members, families, agents or anyone associated with this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
Only one entry per person.
Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
To enter this Nisa Local promotion entrants must follow the instructions posted on the day each weekly prize draw goes live on Nisa’s Facebook or Twitter pages (promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Twitter). Entry  is through the form on Nisalocally website only and no other entries will be accepted.
The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date. With unlicensed/non-alcohol prizes, the prize will be sent directly to the winner through the details they provided on the entry form. With licensed/alcohol prizes, the winners will be contacted through email to provide proof of them being over 18 years of age in order to legally accept the prize. The winner must confirm whether they are over 18+ with proof within 7 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
The Promoter may share the personal data (contact information) of winning participants with third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery of the prize
Entry to this competition is via the Nisalocally website only and the form must be completed - no written or faxed entries will be accepted.
Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid and will not be entered in the draw.
The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered.

There will be 6 separate prize draws across the 6 weeks with each prize draw being open for one week, expect the 5th week which starts the 18th December 2024. That competition will only be open for 5 days. 

• 12:00pm 20th November 2024 - 12:00am 27th November 2024: there will be 12 winners who will each win 1 Celebrations Chocolates carton and 1 Celebrations Chocolates pouch. 
• 12:00pm 27th November 2024 - 12:00am 4th December 2024: there will be 6 winner who will win 1 box of Foxes Biscuits. 
• 12:00pm 4th December 2024 - 12:00am 11th December 2024: there will be 2 winners who will win a Grand Ferreo Rocher. 
• 12:00pm 11th December - 12:00am 18th December 2024: there will be 2 winners who will each win a Cadburys Christmas hamper. 
• 12:00pm 18th December -  12:00am 23rd December 2024: there will be 5 winners who will each win 1 bottle of Co-op Irresistible Prosecco.
• 12:00pm 23rd December - 12:00am 30th December 2024: there will be 5 winners who will each win 1 bottle of Co-op Irresistible Pinot Noir. 

No alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide similar prize of equal or greater value.
All prizes are subject to availability.
The winner should allow 35 working days for delivery of the prize from receipt of notification that he/she is a winner.
Prize Winner may be required to take part in publicity.
By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
