Bust out the barbeque with help from Nisa
Nisa partners are providing their shoppers with a range of summer dining essentials with Nisa’s new Summer event, just in time for the hotter weather.
The seasonal promotion, which lands in stores today will help drive sales for Nisa partners this summer, encouraging shoppers to make the most of the warm weather and lighter nights from the comfort of their own back garden.
Although research has revealed that 68% of consumers find it easy to shop for a barbeque or picnic, Nisa retailers are hoping to inspire their shoppers to try something different with the new summer range.
Amongst the flavourful meats and fresh seasonal sides included in the promotion are Co-op Hickory Smoked BBQ Beef Quarter Pounder Burgers at £3, Sticky Maple Pork Kebabs at £4, alongside Co-op slaw and salad pots, including Potato Salad and Irresistible Burger Slaw, on a 2 for £1.50 offer.
A range of refreshing tipples are also available including Trivento Reserve Malbec Rose at £6.50 (saving shoppers over £2), Corona Extra 4pk at £4.50, Gordon’s Premium Pink Gin at £15 and, as a mixer, R White’s Lemonade 2ltr at just £1 a bottle.
Promotions Manager at Nisa, Laura O’Hearne said: “With lots of uncertainty still surrounding summer holidays and other travel plans, as well as nationwide anxieties surrounding socialising after a tough 16 months, shoppers will be looking for ways to celebrate key summer events, such as graduations at home."
“And the nationwide desire to spend time outdoors whilst staying safe continues to contribute to a surge in demand of barbeque and outdoor dining products."
“In addition to the staple protein shoppers look for before a barbeque, we’re encouraging our partners to offer additional alfresco accompaniments to help build basket spend, such as condiments, bread rolls, cheese and fresh salads, for example.”
The Summer event is supported by a range of in-store POS including header boards, bus stops, shelf stalkers, wobblers, shelf stripping and bunting, as well as on Nisa Locally and social media channels.
Deals will be available in stores until Tuesday 10th August.
