Early interest doubles for virtual expo

Interest in Nisa’s first virtual retail exhibition has doubled compared to the usual response from retailers to the event held at Stoneleigh in Warwickshire.

Registration opened for the virtual Nisa Expo last week which sparked a rush from partners to sign up for the event which is being held remotely for the first time in its history due to the ongoing issues with the coronavirus outbreak.

These have been challenging circumstances, but Nisa is committed to providing all our partners with a meaningful and value-added trade exhibition

In the first week the interest from partners as well as suppliers has been significant and with a little over six weeks to go before the two-day event takes place, events manager Jenny Potts said she believes others will confirm their place.

She said: “These have been challenging circumstances, but Nisa is committed to providing all our partners with a meaningful and value-added trade exhibition.

“Over the coming weeks we will continue to talk to both partners and suppliers and share with them the plans for our virtual expo, what they can expect and how they will benefit.

“While the experience will undoubtedly be hugely different to any previous Nisa Expo, we’re confident that both retailers and suppliers will get real benefit from their participation and we are looking forward to getting it underway.”

The virtual event will give Nisa partners access to future cost savings including exclusive deals, valuable category insights and an opportunity to share industry knowledge. It takes place on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st October. For more information visit the dedicated event website here.
