To help partners cater to a range of shopper needs this Pancake Day, Nisa has revealed a selection of offers on quick and easy pre-made mixes as well as individual ingredients for those opting to cook from scratch.
“Pancake Day, or Shrove Tuesday, is particularly popular with families and is a key event that kicks off a string of Spring sales opportunities for independent retailers,” said Nisa’s seasonal manager, Hannah Goodwin.
Shoppers can save money on all the core crêpe ingredients with deals including Co-op Plain White Flour 1.5kg for £1, Tate and Lyle Caster Sugar 500g for 65p and Roamin’ Free Range Eggs 6pk for £1.09.

And to cater for customers in a hurry and last-minute purchasers, a selection of pre-made options are available including Co-op Pancake Shaker 155g for £1 and SuperGood! Flippin’ Lovely Pancake Mix 200g for £2.
Goodwin said: “With a +4.8% growth of consumers buying into Pancake Day in 2021, event awareness is key to driving sales this year. Shoppers will typically decide to participate in the day at the last minute so it’s essential that partners utilise the themed point of sale provided - which includes fins, wobblers, and shelf stripping - to signpost their range and offers in the days leading up to Tuesday.”

Nisa customers will also find deals on a selection of toppings and spreads, such as Tate & Lyle Squeezy Golden Syrup 325g for £1, Nutella 350g for £2.50, and JIF Lemon Bottle 100ml for 55p - that’s better than half price.
