New store opens following Renfrew refurbishment

An ambitious independent retailer has today launched their eighth Nisa Local store in Scotland bringing a contemporary shop with a fantastic range to the community of Renfrew.

The store has been developed by PGNJ Ltd, a Nisa key account that moved to Nisa less than a year ago with six stores and will soon boast nine Nisa Local stores across their estate.

The impressive range boasts more than 1,000 Co-op own brand products and an excellent core grocery and BWS offer as well as a wide food to go choice comprising Costa Coffee, Skwishee, Slush and f’real milkshakes. There are also freshly baked cakes, pies and sandwiches available.

Nisa partner Jay Javid said: “The best part of retail for me is development. Turning an empty shell in to a community store is what is all about.

“We take pride in being able to offer our customers affordable, reliable, sought after products that are displayed in an easy and attractive manner."

“It doesn’t matter if you have one store or 10, we still merchandise our stores like our first. It’s our business but it’s my passion to merchandise.

“Our crisp, cool style and use of modern lighting is designed to make our customers’ shopping experience that bit more pleasant.”
