Nisa Expo agenda focuses on the future for retailers

The very latest in store format is set to be unveiled at Nisa’s first ever virtual retail show as part of a packed agenda aimed at driving sales and increasing profit margins for partners.

Retailers will be offered the first chance to see and learn about the Nisa Express store which incorporates many exciting innovations.

Partners will be able to explore the visuals and see for themselves what the new format has to offer as well as the opportunity to ask questions directly to the experts from Nisa’s format and development team.

Head of format at Nisa, Darren May, said: “We’re delighted that we’re finally going to be unveiling the new Nisa Express format to partners. It will obviously be a very different experience for them this year, but they will get a really good understanding of what it has to offer and we’re confident it will be well received.”

More details about the final agenda are now live on the dedicated Nisa expo website www.nisaexpo.co.uk outlining the key reasons to attend the virtual event including a summary of the main stage sessions led by the commercial teams at Co-op and Nisa set to offer a wealth of information.

We’re delighted that we’re finally going to be unveiling the new Nisa Express format to partners.

The introduction of a series of Category Talks sessions across the two days will focus on key categories, providing expert insights and advice to support retailers in growing these areas of their business.

Categories in the spotlight are Frozen, Meals and BWS as well as an in-depth look at the need to deliver value to shoppers through own label.

Events manager at Nisa, Jenny Potts said: “We’d planned to introduce these sessions to Nisa Expo for the first time back in Spring for the event at Stoneleigh and partners responded really positively to them.

“Clearly we have had to make a lot of changes to the agenda to ensure it is appropriate for a virtual audience, but the online platform has made it possible to focus on additional key areas for retailers and so we’ll be sharing even more learning opportunities through the virtual expo.”

Category experts from both Nisa and Co-op will talk retailers through the latest changes seen in the market in each of the four areas and share insights on new customer behaviour and what to consider to make sure the potential is unlocked in each category.

Delegates at the event will be able to book onto the sessions ahead of time enabling them to plan their diaries and make the most of the two-day online event.
