Nisa retailers providing shoppers with perfect fuel for school

As the summer break draws to a close, Nisa is providing its retail partners with offers on a range of lunchtime favourites and quick but tasty breakfasts to coincide with the re-opening of schools for the new term.

With most students returning to school after the summer holiday, Nisa’s new Back to School event presents a great opportunity for independent retailers to help busy parents get back into a daily routine as seamlessly as possible.

A wide range of deals are available on lunchbox essentials such as Co-op Easy Peeler Oranges and Family Apple Packs at £1 each, alongside sandwich-filling favourites including Co-op Honey Roast Ham at £2 and Princes Tuna Chunks in Brine or Spring Water at just £1 each.

The promotion not only features midday meal solutions, but also a range of breakfast cereals including Weetabix Chocolate Melts 360g and Kellogg’s Unicorn Fruit Loops 375g at £2 a box, and Cheerios Multigrain 390g and Kellogg’s Rice Krispies 340g at just £1.50 a box.

As always, the offers are supported by dedicated POS including shelf stripping, bus stops and wobblers to help highlight the deals to shoppers in store whilst also being advertised via the website and Nisa’s consumer-facing social media channels.

“Research reveals that over 75% of shoppers are buying a combination of fresh and chilled products to fulfil the lunchtime meal solution1, and with this promotion our partners are well equipped to support parents in delivering a varied and healthy school pack-up,” said Nisa’s Promotions Manager, Laura O’Hearne.

“Ensuring children are maintaining a balanced diet continues to be important to parents, so we are also encouraging our partners to ensure gondola end displays are stocked with a range of nutritional lines such as the Yoyo Bear Strawberry 5pk,” added Laura.

This promotion is available in stores until Tuesday 21st September.
