This round is for supporting local charities and community groups helping people stay warm, connected and supported through winter. 
Co-op Wholesale affiliated retailers can nominate local charities, community organisation and voluntary groups that are helping people in their local area during the winter months. Funding up to £2,000 is available. 

Important Information 

·       Applications can only be submitted by Co-op Wholesale supplied partners. 

·       Only one application per active store will be accepted. 

·       Funding is available to charities and community groups with an annual income below £1 million. 

·       Priority will be given to organisation helping communities through winter challenges including fuel poverty, cost of living pressures, food insecurity, isolation and wellbeing. 

·       Closing date: 30th October

Terms and Conditions
•    All applications will be reviewed after the closing date.
•    The judges’ decision is final, and no alternative prizes will be offered.
•    Funding is available for up to £2,000; the amount awarded may be less.
•    Applications are only accepted from Co-op wholesale partners.
•    Applications close on 30th October 2026 at 12:00 pm. We reserve the right to close earlier if all funding has been allocated.
•    Only one donation per active store will be considered (must comply with the donations policy and not have large amounts of un-donated funds).
•    All usual MADL governance applies.
•    “Community group” refers to registered charities, community groups, and good causes working for community benefit.
