BBQ Pork loin
- 4 lbs pork loin
- 4 tbsp ginger
- 180ml honey
- 90ml Virgin Olive Oil
- 180ml soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper, to season
Split your pork loin into two halves.
Mix all ingredients together, and marinade the pork pieces overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Sear the marinaded pork, and place on your barbecue.
Smoke it for one hour. It should be piping hot all the way through before serving.
