Chicken tikka masala
Upgrade your curry night with this tasty chicken tikka masala. A British favourite just got easier!
- 500g Co-op basmati rice
- 450g Co-op tikka sauce
- 300g Co-op British chicken fillets
- Pack of Co-op red onions
Finely chop the onion and add to a large saucepan with a dash of olive oil. Cook until it softens.
Slice the chicken into medium sized pieces, then add to the pan alongside the onions.
Meanwhile, cook the rice per pack instructions.
Allow the chicken to brown on one side, then flip. Fry until the chicken is cooked through, then add the sauce. Stir thoroughly to warm the sauce and ensure that everything is coated.
Once the rice is cooked, drain and serve with the curry.
