Christingle cider

What you'll need
  • 4 litres of cider
  • 30 whole cloves
  • 10 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 litre of pineapple juice
  • 170ml orange squash concentrate

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and allow to simmer on a low heat for 3 hours, allowing the flavours to infuse. If using a large saucepan, bring it to the boil, then turn the heat down to a very gentle simmer for around an hour.


Remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves and serve in a mug or tall glass.
