What you'll need
  • 500ml cream
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100g sugar
Cooking directions
1.

Whisk eggs and sugar together. 

2.

On the hob, bring cream to simmering, and combine with egg mix.

3.

Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly.

4.

Take off heat. Strain.
