Dark rum punch
Refreshing on a hot day or a perfectly sweet after dinner cocktail, our dark rum punch is a doddle to make.
- 60ml dark rum
- 40ml sugar syrup
- 20ml lime juice
- Passionfruit, lime, or pineapple wedge to garnish
Pour the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and give a good stir.
Pour into a tall, stemmed glass and garnish with a wedge of fruit. Finish it off with a cocktail umbrella and pretend you’re on a beach in Jamaica.
