- 2 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 120g self-raising flour
- 120g butter, melted
- 130g icing sugar
- 50g butter
- 30g cocoa powder
Heat your oven to 180C. Line your muffin tray with paper cases.
Whisk your eggs and sugar together.
Add the flour and butter, bringing the mixture together. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases.
Place in the oven for about 15 minutes. When ready, the cakes should have a golden top. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Beat together the icing sugar, cocoa powder and butter to make the icing. Ice the buns with a small spoon. Immediately add your chosen decorations.
For the decoration, there’s no right or wrong answer! Perhaps some hundreds and thousands? Smarties? White chocolate buttons? You choose!
