Easy chocolate mousse
Impress your guests with homemade chocolate mousse - this couldn’t be easier to make!
- 250g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 115g double cream
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Crack an egg ensuring you have two halves. Over a bowl or mug, carefully move the egg from one half of the shell to the other. The egg white should come away from the yolk, dripping down into the bowl or mug.
Place the egg yolks in a separate bowl.
Beat egg the whites firmly.
Melt chocolate and add egg yolks. Incorporate the egg white slowly.
Dish up into individual glasses or ramekins and chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
