What you'll need
- 6 Co-op meringue nests
- 300g Co-op British strawberries
- 300ml Co-op fresh double cream
Method
Step 1.
Chop the strawberries and break the meringue nests into bite sized pieces.
Step 2.
Whip the double cream for 3-5 minutes until soft peaks form.
Step 3.
Layer the cream with the strawberries and meringue pieces in a serving dish.
