- 1 peach, cut into slices
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 3 oz blueberries
- 4 oz strawberries, hulled and halved
- 300ml fruit juice, or Pimms and lemonade for the alcoholic version
Arrange some of each fruit in eight ice-pop moulds, making sure the pieces fit very snugly.
Pour enough juice into each mould to just cover fruit.
Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until solid, for roughly 6 hours (or up to 2 weeks).
