Fruity non-alcoholic pimm’s

What you'll need
  • 40ml ginger beer
  • 40ml tea, chilled
  • ⅔ tsp dark, soft brown sugar
  • Lemonade (to top up)
  • Oranges, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Lemons, sliced
  • A little mint
  • Some ice cubes
Method
1.

Create a cup of tea (without milk!) and stir in the sugar until it’s dissolved. Pop into the fridge to chill.

Once the tea has chilled, combine with the ginger beer to create your Pimm’s mix!

Put your sliced fruit, cucumber, ice cubes and mint into a jug and add the Pimm’s mix and lemonade (the jug should be about a quarter-full of the Pimm’s mix and three-quarters full of lemonade). Enjoy!

Top tip: A lot of chefs suggest you add half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to your Pimm’s mix - apparently it’s delicious! Why don’t the more daring of you give it a go?
