
Gorgeous Glazed Salmon

What you'll need
- 2lbs salmon
- A generous helping of Mary Berry's light salad dressing
- A little virgin olive oil
- A handful of breadcrumbs
- Some fresh lemon wedges
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
Method
1.
Preheat your oven to 200C°.
2.
Stir all ingredients apart from the salmon in a mixing bowl, to make the sauce.
3.
Cut the salmon fillet into four pieces, and cover in the sauce.
4.
Bake until fish is thoroughly cooked. This should take about 20 - 25 minutes.
5.
Decorate with lemon wedges.
