Halloween chocolate bark
This creative recipe is a fun and tasty way to enjoy your leftover Halloween treats.
- 400g dark or milk chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- An assortment of sweets including Skittles, Maltesers, and chopped up Twix and Mars bars
Line an A4 baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Â
Break up the dark chocolate into a large bowl and then place the bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water. Watch as the chocolate begins to melt and stir it gently.
Once fully melted, pour the chocolate onto the baking tray, and spread evenly with a knife. Rinse out the chocolate pan in the sink, and then repeat the steps above using the white chocolate this time. Once this is melted, dot blobs of white chocolate onto the dark then swirl them around with your knife to make little patterns.Â
Now the fun part! Arrange your selection of sweets and chopped up chocolate bars onto the top of the melted chocolate in any order you like – the more creative and colourful, the better!
Leave to set at room temperature until solid, and then serve!
