Homemade blackberry jam
- 1kg blackberries
- 1kg caster sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
To a heavy bottomed pan add the blackberries, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to the boil.
Stir every minute or so for around 15 or 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and transfer the mixture into sterilised jars, cover and store for later.
