Honey Glazed Carrots

What you'll need
  • 1kg carrots - peeled and cut as desired
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp orange rind; grated, fresh
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Method
1.

Bring some water to a boil in medium saucepan.

2.

Add carrots and cook for about 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.

3.

Place carrots and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
