Honey glazed carrots

A sweet and slightly sticky side for your turkey, our honey glazed carrots are ready in next to no time at all to take the stress out of Christmas cooking.

What you'll need
  • 1kg carrots, peeled and cut as desired
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly grated orange rind
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Step 1.

Bring some water to a boil in medium saucepan.

Step 2.

Add carrots and cook for about 8 minutes for an al dente crunch. Drain well.

Step 3.

Place carrots and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.

Step 4.

Cook over low heat for roughly 5 minutes or until a glaze coats the carrots.
