Hot cross bun spiced gin
Infuse your favourite tipple with all the flavours of Easter.
5 minutes, plus infusing
What you'll need
- 500ml Gordon's London dry gin
- 500ml empty bottle
- 1 vanilla pod, halved lengthways
- 2 tbsp mixed dried fruit
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ tsp cloves
Put the gin, vanilla, dried fruit and spices into the bottle. Seal and shake well.
Store in a cool dark place for at least 1 week to infuse.
Enjoy with your favourite mixer or on its own. The opened gin will keep for up to a month.
