Apple cider Ho ho ho-t toddy
Celebrate St Andrew's Day with this delicious hot toddy recipe using Jack Daniel's whiskey
- 40ml - Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
- 15ml - Lemon Juice
- 15ml - Honey
- 80ml - Apple Cider
- Grated white chocolate
- Whipped cream
Combine the apple cider, lemon, honey, cinnamon, and star anise in a small pot.
Bring the mixture up to a simmer over high heat.
Once it comes to a simmer, remove the pan from the heat and allow it to steep for 2 minutes.
Add the whiskey to the apple cider
Grab a mug cocktail glass or your favourite glass and pour.
Grate a very generous amount of white chocolate on the top to create a snow effect!
