Long island iced tea
This boozy cocktail classic that takes you from day to night, with a nap in-between! Made to be sipped on, this is a staple in your repertoire.

What you'll need
- 25ml (one shot) vanilla vodka
- 25ml dry gin
- 25ml tequila
- 25ml rum
- 25ml triple sec
- 25ml - 50ml (double shot) fresh lime juice
- Ice
- 500ml cola
- 1 lime
Method
Step 1.
Grab a large jug, and half fill it with ice.
Pour in all the alcohol and stir until the outside of the jug feels cold.
Step 2.
Pour in the cola and keep stirring.
Chop the lime into wedges and add to the jug.
Step 3.
Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour over the cocktail.
Finish off with a cocktail umbrella!
