What you'll need
  • 2 Co-op chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • Co-op cucumber, sliced
  • Co-op sweet bite peppers, seeded and chopped
  • Co-op baby leaf salad
Step 1.

Prepare the chicken by cutting it into strips and lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the chicken strips and cook through until golden.

Step 2.

Meanwhile, add the cucumber, peppers, and baby leaf salad to a bowl.

Step 3.

Add the cooked chicken to the salad bowl and serve up with a dressing of your choice.
