Sausage and mushroom tagliatelle
This super speedy pasta dish is ready in just 10 minutes, making it the perfect meal to indulge in after a long summer’s day.
- 500g Co-op tagliatelle
- 300ml Co-op soured cream
- 8 Co-op pork sausages, sliced
- 6 Co-op chestnut mushrooms, chopped
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes or until browned, then transfer to a bowl.
In the same pan, add the fresh mushroom and cook until tender.
Return the cooked sausage to the pan and pour in the cream.
Simmer until the sauce reduces and slightly thickens.
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to pack instructions.
Once cooked, add the cream and mushroom mixture to the frying pan. Stir to combine, then serve.
