Air fryer nachos

Great for entertaining friends or as a simple quick and easy dinner. Pick up ingredients for nachos at your local Nisa.

What you'll need
  • 200g tortilla chips
  • 125g grated cheddar cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ½ can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • â…“ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

Step 2.

Place the tortilla chips in the air fryer basket and spread evenly. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3.

Remove the chips from the air fryer and sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, beans, onions and jalapeno. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

 

Place the nachos back in the air fryer basket and cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and everything is heated through.

Top tip

Serve with guacamole, salsa, or sour cream for an extra indulgent dish.
