Parmesan crisps

These simple but tasty snacks are a great cheesy addition to buffets, packed lunches, and more!

What you'll need
  • 85g parmesan cheese
  • Some black pepper, freshly ground
Cooking directions
Step 1.

Grate the cheese on the small hole side of a 4-sided box grater into a small bowl.

Step 2.

Using a tablespoon measure, place the cheese in mounds onto a nonstick silicone pad or greased parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Step 3.

Flatten out the mounds with the back of a spoon, making sure each 'crisp' is at least 10cm apart from the next. 

Step 4.

Season with pepper.

 

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 10 - 11 minutes, or until golden.
