This refreshing summer cocktail is a perfect accompaniment to dishes like smoked salmon, quiche or strawberries and cream.
- 50ml Pimm’s No 1
- 150ml lemonade
- Chopped fruit & veg like orange, cucumber, strawberries or raspberries
- A few fresh mint leaves
Fill half a glass with ice. Traditionally, Pimm’s cocktails are served in a tall glass but tumblers, plastic cups or even a tiki glass.
Add your chopped fruit, veg and mint to the bottom of the glass.
Pour in the Pimm’s and lemonade and give it a thorough stir.
