Pumpkin spice latte

Cosy up with a seasonal favourite that tastes just like autumn, with nutmeg, cinnamon, and pumpkin flavours.

What you'll need
  • 250ml milk
  • 30ml espresso or strong coffee
  • 2 tsp pumpkin puree
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
Step 1.

Put the pumpkin puree in a large glass or mug. Add the spices and coffee, and mix well.

Step 2.

Heat the milk in a saucepan over a low heat, taking care not to burn it.


Pour into the glass or mug, stir to combine, and then dust with more cinnamon before serving.

Top tip

Top with a healthy dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
