Strawberry and custard cream pots

What you'll need
  • 1 pack strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 300ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • A little vanilla ice cream
  • Some custard creams, crushed
Method
1.

Wash, then ‘hull’ (remove the green caps on) your strawberries.

2.

Whisk the cream and icing sugar together in a large bowl until the mixture is thickened. Then combine with the strawberry jam.

3.

Line your glass (or bowl) with chopped strawberries

4.

Add a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream followed by the cream/jam mix

5.

Sprinkle on the crushed custard creams.

6.

Top with more chopped strawberries.

7.

Chill in the fridge until ready to eat.
