 
            Super healthy hummus
Hummus is a tasty, versatile dip great for sharing. Pair with falafel or spread on sandwiches for a Middle Eastern flair.
      
      What you'll need
      
  - 1 tin chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 60ml low fat plain yogurt
- 3 cloves ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- A sprinkle of salt and pepper
        Cooking directions
          
  
              Step 1.
            
          Combine everything in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
              Step 2.
            
          If you need more liquid to make a nice consistency, add a bit more yogurt.
              Step 3.
            
      Serve, or put in the fridge to chill.Â
