What you'll need
- Angostura Bitters
- 1 sugar lump
- 25ml brandy
- Some dry champagne
Method
Step 1.
In a champagne glass, place the sugar at the bottom, coat it with the Angostura Bitters and pour the brandy on top.
Step 2.
Top up with the champagne.
