The Perfect Spag Bol
This traditional Italian classic is a firm family favourite - who doesn't love slurping spaghetti?
- 500g Co-op beef mince
- 500g Co-op bolognese pasta sauce
- 400g Co-op spaghetti
- Pack of Co-op onions
- 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large saucepan, with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the onion until it softens before adding the beef mince. Cook until browned.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti per pack instructions.
Once the spaghetti is almost cooked, add the sauce to the beef and onions. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is coated and let the sauce warm through.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain thoroughly and serve.
