Tuna & sweetcorn fritters
Tasty and versatile, these fritters are great for both lunch, dinner, and on-the-go snacking.
- 1 tin Co-op tuna chunks, drained
- 1 egg
- ½ tin sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Handful of chopped parsley
- A splash of milk
Add the tuna, sweetcorn, parsley, garlic, flour, and milk into a bowl. Stir to combine the ingredients
Crack the egg into the mixture and whisk well.
Meanwhile, heat some oil in a frying pan.
Use a spoon or ladle to pour the batter into the pan. You can make the fritters as big or as small as you’d like!
Cook for a few minutes per side, until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
