By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The prize draw opens for entries on Monday 4th March 2024 the closing date for entries is 24th March 2024 at 23.59pm. 

Participants

This competition is open to UK & NI residents aged 18 or over except employees of Nisa, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Promotion limited to one entry per person, unless specified. Each person entering may only win once. 

Entry

To enter Nisa’s #NisaMonthly competition entrants must follow the instructions posted on the day of the competition on Nisa’s Facebook or Twitter pages (promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Twitter). Anyone found to be using multiple Twitter accounts to enter will be disqualified.

Selection

Entries will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. 

The Promoter may share the personal data (contact information) of winning participants with third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery of the prize.

Liability

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

Prize Detail

The winner will win a box of maltesers truffles or maltesers.

The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. There is no cash alternative for the prizes. The winner should allow 28 working days for delivery of the prize from receipt of notification that he/she is a winner. N.B - due to the current situation regarding Covid-19 winners may experience a delay in receiving their prizes due to current limitations applied to deliveries within the U.K, this falls outside control of the promotor.

Publicity

The winner will be notified via Nisa's Facebook or Twitter accounts. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
