Bonfire Night baked potatoes

Light up your Bonfire Night with a tasty baked potato loaded with cheesy goodness.

What you'll need
  • 250g Co-op mature grated cheddar
  • 4 Co-op baking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to season
Step 1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.


Wash the potatoes to remove any dirt, then pat dry.

Step 2.

Brush each potato with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.


Arrange on a baking tray and cook for around an hour until crispy.

Step 3.

Slice open the potatoes and load with grated cheese and homemade chilli, if you'd like.
